Learned Counsel for both side are present. An Email exchanged, in between, has been filed, which is apparent with this fact that the settlement process is almost complete and this proceeding is to be withdrawn by moving an appropriate application, as per advice of counsel for Petitioner.

Hence, list on 17.10.2023 ‘for further directions’. Final settlement, in between, and withdrawal application, as written above, may be moved, in between. The question of NOC, as is being requested by counsel for Respondent is also to be actively considered by Petitioner.
