Judgment
Mr. Ankur Singh, appears for petitioner in all the matters. Office has informed that evidence has been filed by all the parties in all the petitions
except by the Respondent in T.P. No. 227/2018 and the same are on record.  It was prayed by Mr. Abhay Chattopadhyay, appearing for the
respondent in T.P. No. 227/2018 that he needs further time of four weeks for filing evidence affidavit.  Prayer is allowed by way of last
indulgence.  It was pointed out by Mr. Manjul Bajpai, appearing for the respondent in T.P. No. 226/2018 that the name of the Respondent
Company has been changed and he shall be moving appropriate application in this regard. He is permitted. List all the matters on 3rd September,
2021 for directions.
