The original petition is filed to direct the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Palakkad, to provide the certified copy of the judgment dated 31.03.2023 in O.S.No.116 of 2022 of the said court.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed applications on 01.04.2023 and 05.04.2023 for obtaining the certified copy and they are numbered as CA 828/2023 and CA 870/2023 respectively.
The original petition is disposed of directing the Additional Sub Court, Palakkad, to issue the certified copy of the judgment dated 31.03.2023 in O.S.No.116 of 2022, in accordance with law, if the applications are in order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Till such period, the status quo shall be maintained.
The original petition is ordered accordingly.
