Criminal Petition No.6470 of 2021 is filed to quash the order, dated 02.08.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2219 of 2021 in Crime No.515 of 2021 on the

file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally.

Criminal Petition No.6472 of 2021 is filed to quash the order, dated 02.08.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2220 of 2021 in Crime No.515 of 2021 on the

file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally.

Since the issue involved in both the petitions is inter-connected, they are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

A perusal of the material on record would show that a case in Crime No.515 of 2021 of K.P.H.B. Police Station, has been registered against the

petitioner/A-1 and others for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 324 and 506 of I.P.C. The petitioner was arrested on 03.07.2021 and he

was released on bail on 08.07.2021 and the petitioner was restrained from leaving the Country without prior permission of the Court and a Look Out

Circular was also pending against the petitioner/A-1. Therefore, the petitioner/A-1 filed two applications before the Court below, one is seeking

permission to travel Abroad and another is for recall/removal of Look Out Circular pending against him. The Court below dismissed the said

applications. Questioning the same, the present Criminal Petitions are filed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is an employee in Canada, has to report to his office in Canada,

immediately.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the bail was granted pending investigation and the investigation was completed, charge

sheet has already been submitted before the concerned Magistrate and cognizance was also taken.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and since the investigation has already been completed, charge sheet was also filed and

cognizance was also taken, the lookout circular, which is pending against the petitioner/A-1 is hereby recalled and the petitioner/A-1 is permitted to

leave the Country, but however, the petitioner/A-1 shall personally appear before the trial Court at the time of framing of charges and his examination

under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Petitions are disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
