Judgment

This Crl.M.C has been filed to quash all further proceedings pursuant to Annexure A FIR and Annexure B Final Report in CC No.314/2019 of the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-V, Thiruvananthapuram (Special Court for Marklist Cases) u/s 482 of Cr.P.C.
Having heard Sri.G.P.Shinod, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri.P.G.Manu, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor, I am of the view that this Crl.M.C can be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move an application for discharge at the court below. The application, if any, filed shall be disposed of by the court below in accordance with law after hearing both sides. The petitioners are free to take up all the contentions raised in this Crl.M.C in the application for discharge.
The personal appearance of the petitioners at the court below is dispensed with till the application for discharge is disposed of.
