This application has been preferred by the original complainant who is respondent no.1 in Cyber Appeal 12 of 2018. This application has been preferred for fixing an early date of final hearing of the Cyber Appeal.
Counsel appearing for the original appellant submitted that they have already raised Jurisdiction issue of this Tribunal before the Mumbai High Court and the details of the said matter will be supplied to the counsel for the respondent No.1 who is the original complainant and the applicant on this M.A. so that they can prefer an application before Mumbai High Court for fixing the early date of hearing in which the jurisdictional issue of this Tribunal has been raised.
In view of this submission, this matter is adjourned to 01.08.2023.
