It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant the names of the learned senior counsel and other counsels on behalf of resolution professional have not been included in the appearance section. It is submitted Mr. S. Niranjan Reddy, Sr. Advocate was present in this appeal and hence the names, not appearing in the appearance section of judgement dated 14.05.2026 as are given in para 3 of this application, needs to be recorded in appearance section.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection to include the names of the advocates as are mentioned in para 3 of the application, be read in judgement dated 14th May, 2020.

The names of the such advocates are mentioned in para 4 of the application. The hard copy application has been handed over in the Court itself.
