Judgment

The petitioners through the present Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider their case for absorption to the post of
Assistant Teacher Panchayat (L.B.).
In the instant case, the petitioners have been working with the respondents since 1996 onwards initially as Guruji and subsequenlty as Siksha Karmi
- Grade-III which has subsequently been declassified as Assistant Teacher Panchayat in the year 2008.
The counsel for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners would be entitled for absorption on the post of Assistant Teacher Panchayat (L.B.) for
which they have already made a detailed representation which till date has not been decided.
Given the limited prayer, let the petitioners make another detailed representation to the respondent No.2 in this regard and the respondent No.2 in
turn shall consider the representation of the petitioners in accordance with rules and circular issued by the State government in this regard from time to
time and decide the same within a period of 90 days.
The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed off.
