Judgment
The limited prayer sought for in this petition is, for a direction to the court below to dispose of O.S.No.287/2009 pending before the Principal
Munsiff Court, Neyyattinkara within a time schedule.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
As per the report submitted, the learned Principal Munsiff, Neyyattinkara has sought for time till 28.02.2021 to dispose of the case, as the case is
ripe for trial and included in the special list, for trial in the month of January 2021.
Considering the entire facts involved in this case, I think that this report can be accepted as such and the time sought for by the learned Principal
Munsiff can be granted for disposal of the case.
Therefore, the learned Principal Munsiff, Neyyattinkara shall dispose of O.S.No.287/2009 on or before 28.02.2021.
Accordingly, this O.P(C) is disposed of.
