Rule returnable forthwith. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent-State.

The present application is filed by the Party-in-person seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of after post death ceremony of her grand father-in-law. The applicant was arrested on 11.9.2020 for the offence under Sections 302, 193, 196, 201, 202 and 203 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts of the case and taking into consideration the grounds urged in the application as the trial Court has already granted temporary bail for a period of 14 days with police escorts. The application is partly allowed and the order is modified to that extent. The applicant is ordered to be released without police escort which was ordered by the learned trial Court vide order dated 21.11.2023 with the same terms and conditions imposed by the learned trial Court from the date of his actual release.

The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on or before the expiry of the temporary bail period, without fail.

Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
