Shylendra Kumar, J.—Complainant in this contempt petition who is the petitioner in WP No. 44096 of 2011 which was disposed of by the learned single judge of this court on 1.12.2011 is complaining that the accused have not complied with the order of this court and have willfully disobeyed the order passed by this court and are liable to be punished. While contempt jurisdiction cannot be exercised even in a situation where there are directions, but which are vague and uncertain, but exercising contempt jurisdiction in situation or in respect of an order where there was not even any direction much less specific direction, is too remote.

However, submission of Sri. G K. Bhat, learned counsel for the complainant is that the accused are still interfering notwithstanding certain submissions made on their behalf by the Government Pleader during the pendency of the writ petition before this court, who had complained that though the complainant - writ petitioner was holder of CL-9 license, the accused - police people were interfering with his business and particularly by taking photographs or creating a scene and chasing away the customers etc.

Whether it may be true or may not be true is not a matter verifiable either in writ jurisdiction or contempt jurisdiction. There is absolutely no occasion for interference in this contempt petition. Contempt petition is dismissed.
