The Collector''s sanction was not required to the charge of water tax and this item should have been allowed with the interest on it. We do not find that there was any dispute as to the amount. We modify the decree by allowing the plaintiff to recover the amount claimed as water tax with interest in addition to the amount allowed by the Subordinate Judge. Respondent must pay the costs of this petition.
