ISSUES
Whether the Petitioner is entitled to additional claim of Rs.6,63,08,919/- towards additional billing for the period of February, 2019 to April, 2019 in addition to the amount of Rs.8,32,81,112/- regarding which a preliminary decree was passed earlier as per its claim in the disconnection notice dated 09/03/2020 and as claimed in the petition ?
Whether Respondent No.2 is entitled to retransmit signals to the subscribers of Respondent No.1 using infrastructures including but not limited to its SMS, CAS, STBs, etc. of Respondent No.1 ?
Whether Respondent No.1 is entitled to receive the signals of the Petitioner's channels either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever including through the systems of Respondent No.2 and / or using its head end consisting of all the equipment like SMS, CAS, computers and STBs located at No.36, S.M. Arcade, Jakkur, Main Road, Amruthahalli, Bangalore-560092 ?
