Ms. Sudha Tamta, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that order passed by Writ
Court has been complied with and now petitioner has been promoted to the post of Assistant Conservator of Forest in the year 2018 on the
recommendation of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission.
In view of the submission so made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt petition is closed. Notices issued to the opposite parties are
hereby discharged.
