When the matter was taken up, the learned SCGSC placed before me a copy of the order of the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer, Thiruvananthapuram Division, Southern Railway cancelling the transfer order issued in favour of the applicant herein. This is taken on record.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned SCGSC, I am inclined to close the O.A as infructuous. Ordered accordingly. No costs.
