The applicants are aggrieved by non-granting of inter-divisional transfer to Trivandrum Division as sought by them.

When taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that permission has since been granted and they have already been relieved from Madurai Division. Hence she seeks for closing the O.A with liberty to approach the Tribunal again, if necessary.

Recording the above submission, the Original Application is closed with liberty to approach the Tribunal again, if so advised. No costs.
