Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.0033 of 2023, under Sections 420, 409, 506 and 120-B IPC and Section ¾ of the Uttarakhand Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 2005, Police Station- Kotwali Bageshwar, District-Bageshwar. He has sought his release on bail.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that in similar nature of many other cases, the applicant has already been granted bail.
This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel.
Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.
The bail application is allowed.
Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
