Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

i. To implement the Annexure A-2 in respect of the present applicants and to grant the seniority and all other benefits as are admissible to the applicants from the date of their first appointment.

It is submitted that the Petitioners were sent for training after induction into service. It is also submitted that during the training period they were given full salary also. It is also submitted that in several cases such benefit of counting of post induction training period towards service has been granted. Still further, it is submitted that the matter is covered by the judgment of this Court rendered in CWP(T) No. 4249 of 2008, titled Dila Ram and Ors. v. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors. CWP(T) No. 4249 of 2008

3.

In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second Respondent to grant similar treatment to the Petitioners herein also, if not already granted in the light of judgment referred to above within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the Petitioners, in case the judgment referred to above has become final and has been implemented.

4.
