1.Consequent to order dated 10.05.2018, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, under instructions from the Investigating Officer,
submits that respondent Nos.2 to 4 have been informed about the date and served a copy of the petition by the Investigating Officer.
2.Mr Rajeshwar Singh, Advocate enters appearance for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
3.By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
4.Petitioner is the complainant in the FIR No.595/2012. It is pointed out that the Trial Court has heard arguments on Charge on 15.03.2017 and
thereafter, the matter was listed for Orders, however, order was not pronounced. Fresh arguments were heard on 04.01.2018 and matter was
listed for 24.01.2018 for Orders. However, till date, the Order has not been passed.
5.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are only three public witnesses and seven Police witnesses and one of the public
witnesses have already expired and one of the witnesses is over 83 years of age. He prays that the Trial Court be directed to expedite the Trial.
6.In view of the above and keeping in view the circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the evidence
of the witnesses and endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 12 months from today.
7.The Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
