It is submitted by Mr.Mantry, learned counsel for the Petitioners that W.P.(C) Nos.16723, 16724 and 16725 of 2019 have also been filed assailing

the common order passed in Consolidation Revision Case Nos.201 to 204 of 1995. Hence, he prays for listing of those matters along with the present

writ petition.

Put up the present writ petition on 5th August, 2021 along with W.P.(C) Nos.16723, 16724 and 16725 of 2019, as prayed for by learned counsel for

the Petitioners under the heading ‘Old Matters.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order

available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide

Court’s Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
