This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition have prayed for a direction to Commissioner, Settlement and Land Record, Odisha, Cuttack -Opposite Party

No.1 for admission and early disposal of Consolidation Revision No.143 of 2015.

Mr. Nayeem, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the matter has not yet been considered and notice has not been issued to the opposite

parties therein. He, therefore, submits that a direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.1- Commissioner, Settlement and Land Record, Odisha,

Cuttack to take up the matter for admission of Consolidation Revision No.143 of 2015 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioners file a memorandum for consideration of

the aforesaid Consolidation Revision No.143 of 2015 for issuance of notice to the opposite parties along with authenticated copy of this order

he shall do well to accept the same and fix a date, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing such memorandum for consideration

of the matter for issuance of notice to the opposite parties therein, if the matter is otherwise ready.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order

available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide

Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
