List has been revised, but nobody is present today on behalf of the applicant to press this Original Application even in the revised call of the list. Shri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for respondents is present.

Under these circumstances, the Court has no option, but to dismiss the case for want of prosecution as per Rule 15(1) of Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987. Accordingly, instant Original Application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
