Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record factual report dated 08.03.2024 and submitted that investigating agency after making a thorough investigation in connection with FIR No.294/2023, registered at Police Station Hanumangarh Junction, District Hanumangarh, has chalked-out a negative Final Report qua the present petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that in view of the fact that a negative Final Report has been chalked-out qua the present petitioner before the competent criminal court, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present misc. petition.

Consequently, the present criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.

In case, negative Final Report is not submitted by the Investigating Agency before the competent criminal court, the petitioner shall be free to take recourse available to them under law.

The respondents shall also be at liberty to raise all their objections in the appropriate proceedings before the competent forum at the appropriate stage.

Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
