The instant M.A filed for joining together in a single O.A is allowed.

O.A No. 4255/2018 :

Mr. G. Natarajan, learned counsel for applicants states that the matter in question had been decided vide O.A No. 937/2010 with O.A No. 2101/2010 vide order dated 20.11.2014. Subsequently, it was challenged by the respondents of this O.A, in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi vide W.P. (C) No. 8080/2016. This matter is still pending in the Hon'ble High Court and the next date of hearing is 19.05.2020.

Both sides agree that there is no issue for adjudication today, since the matter is to be decided by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. Therefore, this O.A is disposed of with the observation that the matter would be settled as per outcome of the W.P. (C), on the basis of which both the parties can work out remedies available to them, in accordance with law. No costs.

Learned counsel for applicants presses for liberty to revive the O.A if necessary after the decision of the Hon'ble High Court. This liberty is granted.
