Mr. Prakash Chandra Tripathi, witness for the Respondent is present whose cross-examination was recorded and during the cross-examination, deposition in B.P.No.262 of 2014 was marked Exhibit-PW-1/7 and Form-AS26 relating to PAN No.AACCD6420E was given mark `A' for identification. Further cross-examination of the witness was deferred due to paucity of time. The matter is next fixed on 18th November, 2022 at Pune itself for further cross-examination of the Respondent's witness. The Respondent to produce his witness on the date fixed. The Petitioner is directed to take all efforts to conclude the cross-examination by the next date fixed in the matter.
