Mr. Sujan Sunwar, learned Assistant Government Advocate appearing for the respondents seeks further time to file counter affidavit on the personal ground of Mr. Thinlay Dorjee Bhutia, learned Government Advocate who is out station and because of his personal difficulties. Not objected by the learned Proxy Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Two weeks time as prayed for is granted to the respondents to file counter affidavits. Two weeks thereafter, to the petitioner to file rejoinder, if required.
