Mr. Manish Kumar Jain, learned counsel appears for Ms. Zola Megi, learned Advocate whose Vakalatnama is on record along with Mr. Rajdeep Mazumder and Mr. Moyukh Mukherjee. None of them appears on behalf of the petitioners today.
Mr. Manish Kr. Jain submits that he has been instructed to submit that Ms. Zola Megi does not have instruction to appear in the matter and therefore, she could not appear before this court. On 23.02.2022 none appeared for the petitioners as well. In view of the circumstances, notice may be issued to the petitioners with a copy of this order.
Mr. Sudesh Joshi, learned Additional Advocate General requires further time to file counter-affidavit. Four weeks as prayed for is granted to the respondents and two week thereafter, to the petitioners to file rejoinder, if they, so desire.
