The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appeared on behalf of respondents on 03.06.2024 when notice was issued. It is submitted that a panel advocate has been assigned this matter and therefore, the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India would want to withdraw from this matter. Permitted.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Admit. The respondents may file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks from today. Three weeks thereafter, to the petitioner to file rejoinder, if required.
