Judgment
The present appeal is preferred under Section
374 by applicant - Ghanshyambhai Jethabhai Raval against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 8th March, 2002 passed by learned Special Judge, Baroda in Special Case No.11 of 1993.
Applicant - Ghanshyambhai Jethabhai Raval expired on 13th July, 2006 during pendency of this appeal. The death certificate issued by Vadodara Mahanagarpalika as well as the statement made by son of deceased Ghanshyambhai Jethabhai Raval declaring the fact that his father namely Ghanshyambhai Jethabhai Raval expired on 13th July, 2006, are ordered to be taken on record. Therefore, the present Criminal Appeal No.377 of 2002 stands abated against him and stands disposed of accordingly.
