It is submitted that both the parties were present before the Mediation Centre, Civil Court, Dhanbad, but the Secretary, D.L.S.A./Mediator did not take step to get the matter settled. The information which has been given to this Court appears to be a serious matter because the case is pending within the jurisdiction of Dist. Dhanbad and if the spouses appear before the Mediation Centre, it is incumbent duty of the Mediator/ Conciliator to do needful to get the matter settled. The concerned Principal District & Sessions Judge will look into the matter so that such thing should not happen in future. The parties are again directed to appear before the Conciliator, District Mediation Centre, Civil Court, Dhanbad on 15.9.2012 and on their appearance, the Conciliator shall take all efforts to get the matter settled between the parties and the result of mediation must reach to this Court on or before 20.9.2012.
Put up this case on 24.9.2012.
Till next date, interim order dated 14.5.2012 shall remain in force. Communicate, this order through fax.
