By way of the present Letters Patent Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, the appellant - original respondent workman has challenged
interim order dated 30.8.2019 passed by learned Single Judge in Civil Application No.1 of 2019 in Special Civil Application No.9651 of 2016 by which
interim relief staying the execution and implementation of the award has been granted in favour of respondent No.1 - Jetpur Nagarpalika.
It also appears that the said order has been passed by learned Single Judge after hearing learned advocates of the respective parties. However,
without going into the merits of the case and considering the fact that the appellant is a senior citizen and has retired from the services without getting
any fruits of the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal way back in the year 2016, the learned Single Judge is requested to take up the writ petition
for final hearing at an early date of hearing. Learned advocate appearing for Nagarpalika - original petitioner shall cooperate for expeditious disposal
of the writ petition. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion about the merits of the case.
With the above observation, the present appeal stands disposed of.
