Further time was sought on the ground of personal difficulty of the learned Government Advocate for the respondent nos. 2 to 4. Not objected by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Three weeks time as prayed for is granted. Two weeks thereafter, to the petitioner to file rejoinder, if any.

The order dated 21.09.2023 reflects that the respondent no.1 had appeared in person and desires to engage a counsel. Today she is neither present nor represented before this Court.
