Judgment
J.V. Gupta, J.—This revision petition is directed against the order of the Pent Controller, Nakodar, dated May 11, 1981, whereby the application for amendment of the petition filed u/s 12 of the East Punjab Urban Rent Restriction Act (hereinafter called the Act), by the tenant-respondent was allowed.
The tenant-respondent filed the petition u/s 12 of the Act against the petitioners. The proposed amendment related to the substitution of the words "re roofing" by the words "by repairs in the roof" and the word "falls" by the word "percolates" therein. The learned Rent Controller allowed the amendment vide impugned order on payment of Rs. 30/- as costs. There is HO illegality or infirmity in the order under revision as to be interfered with in the exercise of the revisional jurisdiction by this Court.
Consequently, this revision petition has no merit and the same is dismissed with costs. The parties, through their counsel, have been directed to appear before the Rent Controller on March 1, 1982.
