Heard Mr.Das, learned counsel for the Appellants and Mr.Rout, learned ASC for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.
Issue notice.
Since Mr.Rout, learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 3 three extra copies of the appeal memo shall be served on him by 29th October, 2021.
Requisites for issuance of notice to Respondent Nos. 4 to 57 by registered post with AD shall be filed by 29th October, 2021.
List this matter on 10th December, 2021.
Till the next date, operation of order dated 9th September, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.5079 of 2021 under Annexure-3 shall remain stayed.
