Judgment
Mr. Jayant Kumar Rath, learned Senior Counsel enters appearance for the Appellants in W.A. No.280 of 2012 along with Mr. D. N. Rath and associates, Advocates. The appearance memo and the Vakalatnama filed to that effect are taken on record.
Mr. Sameer Kumar Das, learned counsel enters appearance for Respondents 7 to 10 in W.A. No.281 of 2012 and files Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.
Mr. S. Rath and associates, Advocates, enter appearance for Respondent No.8 in W.A. No.280 of 2012 and files Vakalatnama in Court today along with an unregistered I.A., which are also
taken on record. The unregistered I.A. be registered and numbered accordingly.
While copies of the affidavit filed today by the Standing Counsel for the State have been served on learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Appellants, the same have not been served on learned counsel appearing for the Respondents mentioned above. Needful be done during the course of the day. The affidavit filed by the State is taken on record.
