Reply to petition stands filed. Along with reply, copy of order dated 21.9.2020 whereby representation of petitioner has been considered and rejected by Sub Divisional Officer (C), Barsar-cum-Chairman Trust BBN Temple, Deothsidh Barsar, District Hamirpur H.P. in compliance of order passed by Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 193 of 2015, titled Joginder Pal vs. Baba Balak Nath Temple Trust, Deoth Sidh and others decided on 26.4.2019.
2 Though order passed by this Court stands complied with, however, there is delay in compliance for which replying respondent has submitted sincere, unconditional and unqualified apology in reply.
3 Considering the aforesaid facts and accepting the apology tendered, petition is closed with liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps for redressal of his grievances including assailing the order dated 21.9.2020, if so desired, by filing appropriate petition before appropriate Forum in accordance with law.
