Mr. Ambar Qamaruddin, learned counsel appearing for the applicant in I.A. No.10 of 2015 has drawn our attention to the order dated 24.11.2015 wherein we had recorded that most of the States have filed compliance report. Be it noted, the State of Jharkhand and Karnataka who had not filed the compliance report earlier have filed in the meantime. Mr. Qamaruddin, learned counsel for the applicants has prepared a convenience chart indicating the lacuna in the compliance report. Let a copy of the chart be handed over to the learned counsel appearing all the States who shall file the compliance report within two weeks hence.

As far as the University Grants Commission is concerned, Mr. Mr. Manoj R. Sinha, learned counsel who has entered appearance submits that he may be granted a weeks time to file reply to show how the UGC has complied with the provisions of Section 33 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995. Prayer stands allowed. Let the matter be listed in the third week of March 2016.
