K. Surendra Mohan, J.—The first petitioner is a registered trade union and the second petitioner is the president of the first respondent. The petitioners complain that though they have submitted Ext.P1 which is pending consideration of the first respondent, no orders have been passed thereon, till date. Though Ext.P1 is addressed to respondents 2 and 3, the same according to the petitioners have been forwarded to the first respondent. The petitioners therefore seek the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Ext.P1. Adv. George Mathew represents respondents 2 and 3. The learned Govt. Pleader represents the first respondent. The counsel has no objection to the first respondent being directed to consider Ext.P1.

This writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P1 application submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing respondents 2 and 3 as well as other interested persons, if any.
