Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner's land bearing khasra No. 85/9 and 83/9 has not been acquired by respondent authorities yet memorandum dated 07.06.2017 has been issued to the petitioner by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaspur computing the compensation for petitioner's land and it is likely to be taken over by the respondents.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter and take a decision on the said expeditiously within seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to Collector, Bilaspur for necessary compliance and needful.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
