The petitioner, who is working as Senior Assistant in Area Office, Himachal Pradesh Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Mandi, has come up before this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to provide opportunity/promotional avenues to the category of Senior Assistants/Sales Supervisor/Technical Assistants/Legal Assistants to the higher posts and also not to grant 33% quota to the category of Accounts and Steno for the promotion to the aforesaid post. In this regard the petitioner as well as his colleagues have made a representation, Annexure P-2, which is still pending before the authority concerned.

Notice. Mr. Tarun Sharma, Advocate appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.

Consequently, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent/authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-2, in accordance with law, within three months. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
