Mr. Kh. Samarjit, learned ASG submits that he has some difficulty to appear on behalf of the Election Commission of India and he has also informed the Election Commission of India about his difficulties. He therefore prays for sometime to enable the Election Commission of India to make alternative arrangement. Prayer is allowed.
List the matter again on 7th December, 2021.
