Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients’ properties suffered severe damage by reason of super cyclone ‘Fani’. He draws attention to list of beneficiaries to demonstrate at serial nos.14 and 93 respectively, names of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are listed on their properties having suffered severe damage. He draws attention to their individual representations both dated 27th October, 2021, addressed to the Collector (opposite party no.4). He submits, the representations are pending and there be direction for consideration and disposal of the same.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the representations will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to deal with the representations copies whereof are at pages 42 and 47 respectively and inform petitioners the result within three weeks of communication.
