According to the Petitioner, their performance was superior to that of the first prize winner team. Every participants will believe that their performance is the best. However, in this writ petition, no materials are produced to show that the evaluation by the Judges is erroneous. Therefore, this Court will not be justified in upholding the Petitioner''s contention. Added to this, it is a fact that the first prize winner team has not been impleaded in this writ petition. In such circumstances, this Court will not be justified in passing any order as sought for. Therefore, I am not persuaded to interfere with the matter.
