Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
(i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the Respondent department to consider the case of the Petitioner for giving reserved post of driver with all consequential benefits as and when it became available after his appointment in the Respondent department in light of Demobilized Armed Forces, Personnel (Reservation of Vacancies in Himachal State Non-Technical Services) Rules, 1972 and instructions contained in Handbook on Personnel Matters, Vol.I, Page 791 and in light of judgments passed by the ld. Administrative Tribunal and passed by this Hon''ble Court as per Annexure P-5, P-6 and P7 in the cases of the similarly situated persons.
It is for the Petitioner to file a detailed representation before the first Respondent detailing all his grievances and claims. In the event of the representation being filed by the Petitioner within one month from today, the matter will be looked into by the first Respondent and appropriate action in accordance with law and justice, without discriminating the Petitioner, will be taken by the first Respondent within another three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and the copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
