According to the petitioner, he possesses Bachelor Degree in B.Sc. Medical Lab Technology (Pathology) (in short “B.Sc. M.L.T.â€​), which he

pursued from Chinmay Degree College, Haridwar. It is further the case of the petitioner that the said college is affiliated to Hemwati Nandan

Bahuguna Garhwal University (from herein after referred to as “Universityâ€) and petitioner has enclosed Bachelor Degree in B.Sc. M.L.T.

awarded to him by H.N.B. Garhwal University, as annexure No. 1 to the writ petition.

Grievance of the petitioner is that Uttarakhand Paramedical Council is not registering petitioner’s degree.

It has been stated in the writ petition that Uttarakhand Paramedical Council has not given any written refusal to register the B.Sc. M.L.T. degree of

the petitioner, and a bald statement has been made in para 7 that respondent no. 3 has orally denied the registration of petitioner’s degree.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application for

registration to Uttarakhand Paramedical Council. If such application is made within two weeks from today, Uttarakhand Paramedical Council shall

consider petitioner’s application and pass speaking order, in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
