The present application has been filed by the petitioner for the correction of the address of the petitioner in the order passed by this Court on 21/10/2022 in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.16166/2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the address of the petitioner has incorrectly been shown in the cause title of S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.16166/2022.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The amended cause title giving correct address of the petitioner is taken on record and in the order dated 21/12/2022, the address filed along with the application and the amended cause title may be read in place of the earlier cause title of the petitioner mentioned in S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.16166/2022.
