Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel, appears for the appellant. Additional affidavit filed in proof of service is taken on record. The tracking reports filed therewith show that there is no actual proof of service insofar as respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are concerned.
However, Mr. Dayali Elangbam, learned counsel, stated that he is instructed to appear for respondent Nos. 2 to 6 in the appeal, who were shown as proforma respondents in the civil appeal before the learned District Judge, Thoubal.
There is no representation for Mr. K. Achouba, learned counsel, who earlier appeared for LR No. 2 of respondent No. 1. LR Nos. 1, 3 & 4 are shown to have been served but are not represented.
