A retired store keeper, who worked with the respondent-Himachal Road Transport Corporation, till 19.01.2021, has come up before this Court,
seeking direction to release his retiral dues including monthly pension, gratuity, GPF and commuted value of pension etc. alongwith interest.
The order we propose to pass in this petition, requires no response from the respondents.
Mr. Vikas Rajput, learned counsel for the respondents, under instructions, submits that all the due and admissible retiral benefits alongwith statutory
interest shall be paid to the petitioner on or before 31.09.2021.
Given above, we take on record the submissions of learned counsel for the respondents and direct that the respondents shall pay due and admissible
retiral benefits, alongwith statutory interest to the petitioner, on or before 31.09.2021.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of alongwith pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
