ORDER BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES NOTE

This Speaking to Minutes Note is filed with a prayer to correct the dates written in the order in para Nos. 4, 6 and 7 of the order dated 24.11.2012 passed by this Court in Appeal From Order No. 370 of 2011. Heard.

Considering the Speaking to Minute, office is directed to correct the dates in the aforesaid order in para Nos. 4 and 6 as 24.11.2011 instead of 24.12.2012 and in para 7 of the order, 30.11.2012 instead of 30.10.2012. Office is directed to issue fresh writ by carrying out aforesaid correction. This Speaking to Minute Notes is disposed of accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
