Judgment
Sandeep Sharma, J
Learned counsel representing the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be content and satisfied in case respondent No.3 is
directed to decide his representation, dated 9.10.2019 (Annexure P-13), which is pending adjudication before the authority for considerable time.
Learned Central Government Counsel representing respondent No.3 is not averse to the aforesaid prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.
Consequently, in view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the representation, dated
9.10.2019 (Annexure P- 13), if not already decided, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
Needless to say, authority concerned while complying with the direction made in the instant order, shall afford an opportunity of being heard to the
petitioner and pass speaking order. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
